INTERESTING FACTS!
Brumbies are known as the feral horses of Australia!
They are the descendants of horses that were lost or escaped many years ago.
Brumbies live in many places around the country, but the best-known brumbies can be found in the Australian Alps in southeastern Australia, just like Naomi Eccles-Smith’s brumbies in the Kosciuszko mountains.
A group of brumbies is known as a ‘mob’ or ‘band’.
