Welcome to The Apostrophe Posse Blog Tour with Teena Raffa-Mulligan!

Magical storytelling can only come from someone who believes in the art of daydreaming, acute observation and finding magic in everyday things. Such a person exists in the form of the wonderfully quirky, versatile and passionate author that is Teena Raffa-Mulligan.

Teena is a long-time writer, journalist and workshop presenter who gives so much encouragement and absolute joy to all of her audiences – young and old. Her publications include poetry, short stories, picture books and chapter books, some of which include ‘Friends’, ‘Catnapped’, ‘True Blue Amigos’, ‘The Seven Day Dragon’, and ‘Sleepy Socks & Sometime Rhymes‘.

Teena has been a recipient to writing awards such as the CYA Picture Book Category Winner 2013, the 2015 Louise Schofield Award for services to SCWBI West, and more recently shortlisted in the Scribbles Creative Writing Awards 2018.

Books On Tour also proudly represented Teena in 2018 for her beautifully gentle and philosophical picture book, ‘Who Dresses God?’.

This year, Teena has released her entertaining adventure for junior to middle grade readers, ‘The Apostrophe Posse’, which we are super excited to help introduce to the world. You may remember our introductory trailer…

I very much enjoyed your post about Teena’s wonderful book. The two videos are fun and I enjoyed getting to know a little more about Teena. I hope everyone who has ever wondered about apostrophes (and who hasn’t?) reads her delightful book.
