Sydney born, Sonia Bestulic, grew up surrounded with the joy of wonderful books, a passion for writing and a love of music that took her violin-playing to her teens and to the Sydney Opera House. She draws most of her inspiration from her three amazing children, as well as her work as a well-seasoned Speech and Language Pathologist. Sonia is the Founder of Talking Heads Speech Pathology (since 2006) and the reputable podcast, Chatabout Children, which was established in 2018.

Professional writer, speaker and trainer to parents and specialists, Sonia is super passionate and long-term advocate for children’s learning and literacy.

Just Write For Kids and Books On Tour were excited to introduce Sonia in 2018 with her first picture book, Reece Give Me Some Peace!, and now her second, Kisses in Your Heart!
